Name, email address, organization name, and role when you create an account.

Marketing Data

Data from connected integrations (Google Ads, CallRail, Google Analytics, CRM systems) including campaign performance, call logs, lead information, and marketing spend. This data belongs to your organization and is processed on your behalf.

Usage Data

How you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and AI query history.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve our marketing intelligence services
• Generate attribution reports and AI-powered insights
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (reports, alerts, account notifications)
• Provide customer support

4. Data Isolation

Your organization's data is completely isolated from other organizations using row-level security (RLS) at the database level. No other customer can access your data, and our application enforces this at every layer.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Kenzsys:

• Supabase — Database and authentication (US-East region)
• Vercel — Application hosting
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Resend — Transactional email
• Anthropic — AI-powered analytics (Claude models)

Integration credentials (OAuth tokens, API keys) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data enters read-only mode. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to:
