Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Kenzsys ("the Service"), operated by Hughey LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kenzsys is a marketing intelligence platform that helps law firms attribute marketing spend to client acquisition outcomes. The Service includes data integration, analytics dashboards, AI-powered insights, and reporting.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each organization account is subject to approval by Kenzsys before activation.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle with proration where applicable.
• If payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period before access is restricted to read-only mode.
• No data is deleted upon cancellation. You may request data export or deletion.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with Growth-tier features. No credit card is required. At trial end, your account reverts to a limited view unless you subscribe.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you provide to or generate through the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service. Your data is isolated from other customers at the database level.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access data belonging to other organizations
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose other than lawful business analytics

8. AI Features

AI-powered features (weekly reports, anomaly detection, Q&A) are provided using Anthropic's Claude models. AI-generated insights are informational and should not be treated as legal, financial, or strategic advice. You are responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Hughey LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data enters read-only mode for 90 days, after which it may be deleted.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
